Thus do i get a SPP for a completion when I catch it?
And may I pass with Player #1 to to Player #2 and then use Hail Mary Pass with Player #2 in the same turn? Or did I use the pass action yet?

You only get completions for an accurate pass caught by the intended receiver Hail Mary is always inaccurate so never gives SPP

It does count as using the pass action
