Troll with ball and TTM

Troll with ball and TTM

A Troll was given the ball during a touchback. Can he still TTM? It feels a tad weird that a dumb Troll could manage the ball with one hand and TTM with the other, but I could not find anything in the rules that prevents this. He can?
