Buying Inducements

Hi,
i didn't find the rules for that in the rulebook or the forum. So here is the question:
Are the inducements are taken as a "block" of inducements or are they taken each after the other. This means, can i e.g. take a card, get a wizard by that card and then go on without hiring the wizard i planned on before and instead hire a new card or do i have to declare "i take that card deck one time, the wizard and this star" before getting anything.
Before you say, this might not be of importance. Let us imagine you get a 400k card and a Master Chief. In the case you get Doom&Gloom, there might not be any RR left to get with the Master Chief, so the 300k are useless. The other way round is even more difficult, because how many rolls do you have, if you already rolled for the chief, got 2 RR of that and now roll for D&G afterwards? Do you roll for the rerolls, that are left after the chief - because in half 2 you might get none of the RRs from the chief and then 2 RRs are left, that stayed untouched by D&G, which is kind of strange, too.
So:
1. Inducements as a block or each after the other
2. The "Master Chief-D&G" thing. What will happen?
Greetz,
