How to use frenzy.

I am just starting with a norse team in a small tourney and i am finding it hard to get to grips with frenzy and how it can throw your player out of position if you are not careful.
I would like some advice on the best way to use it as i plan to put the norse team into a vets league next season.
Also how do people play the snow troll? on the line or in the back field? i used him on the line in my first game as i wanted to blitz with other players and not worry about him moving or not. I have to say its one of the weaker big guys i've used but that might just be the fact that he didn't play very well or i was rubbish at they i used him.
So if anyone has some good idea's with frenzy and the snow troll please let me know.
