Why are some team re-rolls more expensive than others and how is this calculated?

Fluff reasons maybe? Some teams are harder to train than others, for EG elves are smart and train with each other well, an Ogre is a thickie :)
Rules reasons? Balance, well as balanced as any team gets in BB?
I've always been happy with my fluff reason :)

i think balance.

ogres with 8 rerolls are a very reliable team. at 70k thats considerably harder to achieve than at 50k.

never really understood why wood elves have such a low reroll cost though. although i suppose it could be related to cost of players.

combination of fluff and balance

dwarfs are meant to be very organised and practice a lot so had very cheap rerolls, the price has gone up to 50k under the latest rules for balance reasons

chaos were always meant to just get to the pitch and hit stuff and never practice, they had the most expensive rerolls, their price has gone down for balance reasons

chaos dwarfs used to have cheap rerolls and their price went from 50k up to 60k up to 70k for balance reasons
