(I know the answer to this, but I need an "official" answer from Galak and/or a BBRC member, so if you're not one of those, please don't reply, as I will delete the response.)

My wizard casts a spell after my turn, which knocks the ball carrier over:
a) has my opponents turn started yet?
b) is this a turnover?

Wizards are ONLY used BETWEEN turns. So its not a turnover and the opponents turn has not started.
