Bonehead/Stupidity -tests are rolled before Action happens.
So am I thinking this correctly:
Player with Bonehead or Really Stupid is prone.
A) I decide to take move Action.
B) Bonehead/Stupid is rolled and FAILED.
C) Player is still prone without anymore negative effects.
