Catching bouncing ball

Can you use your catch skill if you fail to catch a bouncing ball???

If think i have asked this before but cannot find the answer :-?

Yes.

Elf Catchers are best at this, with AG4, Catch and Nerves of Steel (giving an 8/9 chance of catching a bouncing ball).
