From my understanding of the rules you can;

Only use grab on a push back does this include a knockdown

Can place player only in squares next to tackle zone of player being pushed if free

On a blitz it only stops side step and a normal push back is used, cannot put player where you want


Please help.

Yes. A POW or ! means "push back and knockdown".

Yes. So push to any of the 8 squares adjacent to the player who was blocked (if free).
