Costs for Orc and Human Blitzers

Hello !
I wonder, why Orc Blitzers (6/3/3/9) cost only 80'000 GP, and the Human Blitzers (7/3/3/8) with nearly the same characteristics are more expensive (90'000 GP).
Is Movement more expensive than AW ?
(If you compare Human Linesman with Skaven Linesman, then there are no differences in the price, though Skaven are faster.)
Besides, the Human throwers are one point faster than Orc throwers and cost the same.
Wouldn't it be more fair to increase the costs of an Orc Blitzer and decrease the costs of an Orc Thrower ?

Its to do with how the player benefits within their team. Skaven linemen are cheap and tend to die alot.
As for the human blitzer having movement 7 means he can make it from his side of the pitch to the end zone in 2 turns without a go for it. As he has block as well its hard to get him down and he makes a good support player. Also as the humans catchers it makes their throwers more valuable as they have a better chance of getting to throw a pass for a completion.
Orcs don't have acess to agility skills either, so the team gets moved to strength a lot. The strength access for human blizters is needed for the human team thus makes them more valuable to their team in that regard.
Its all down to balancing the rosters. Ive seen people moan about mummies when compared to a troll, but if you look at the rest of the undead team it is all balenced out.

Thx for the quick answer...
So you think, it would be impossible to create a general formula to calculate the price of a certain player...
(eg 50'000 for 6/3/3/8, +10'000 for each point of MA, AW and every skill (except Block) ) +20'000 GP for each point of AG, +30'000 GP for Strength) ?
Of course you're right, when you say that different teams have a different access to the skills. But I think, that is already balanced with the costs of the team-rerolls and the access to mutations or secret weapons...
I think, the same positions with the same skills and the same access to skills (like the Human/Orc Blitzers) have to be also comparable in their price...

Yes it would make sense but thats not the way the game is balenced, the undead blitzers can't get strength skills for instance 6 3 3 8 an cost 90k

Some of the players prices have been altered to create an overall team balance to other teams. The cost difference between delf and helf throwers was explained in this way.

okay... perhaps you're right...
We tried to create an "own balance" in our league (with allowing Strength Skills for the Wights and reduce them to 0-2, "Block" is no general skill, no more "doubles" at the Star Player Roll, and so on, ... ).
Perhaps I thought of these rules, when I suggested the price-balance.
Anyway, comparable prices would make the game more transparent imho...

AV is usually better than MA, but the difference between MA6 and MA7 (the latter can score in two turns without GFI) is bigger than the difference between AV8 and AV9 (the higher you get on the AV scale, the least powerful an extra point is).
Also, human blitzers bring something very improtant to human teams: access to strength skills. Orcs already have that with their black orcs, so the blitzers aren't nearly as crucial. Less crucial = less expensive.
Finally, there's the argument of fluff. Every orc aspires to become a blitzer. It's not hard for an orc team manager to find new talent at that position, hence the lower cost.
The reason why orc throwers are more expensive for what you get is also because of the last two factors given above.
