Can you use piling on during the opponent's turn?
My view is that you can't but I just want to be sure...The story is that my killer with mighty blow and piling on blitzed the opponent's killer, got a double skulls, the opponent didn't go through armor and wanted to use piling on on my player...

Piling On description says quite clearly that "The player may use this skill after he has made a block as part of one of his Block or Blitz Actions". Emphasis mine. Seems quite clear to me. Note that Mighty Blow is worded differently and thus does not care on whom's turn the knockdown happens.

Cheers! That's what I thought but my opponent seemed to think that the skill's description was unclear...
