SPP for dumb off?

This questions may have been asked here before, but on a quick glance I was not able to find answers.

Do you get SPP for dumb off? I really see why not, and the rules do not specify, but if any of you have reasons either for or against I would like to hear them.

ermmm .. a 'dumb off' pass? not a 'dump off' pass?

I can see my hobbos flying silly passes while showing their tonges at the opposite blitzers ... and gaining SPP!!

Dumb off? Is that like, something I can spray on my ogre to not make him stand on the line drooling for 4 turns in a row? I NEED new dice...
