Hey guys just a few rules queries ive had come up in the last few games ive played...
1. If my ball and chain goblin runs off the pitch and only gets stunned (so he goes into the subs box) He can still come on at the start of the next drive yes? He doesnt get sent off because he wasnt on the pitch at the end of the drive?
2. Throw teamate states that the player has to end their movement next to the player that they want to throw. However if the player i intended on throwing moves up to the thrower I can throw the player without moving yes?
1. No, he played in the drive, so the referee bans him, even if not in the pitch by the end of the drive. Which also means that if he is KO's by other means, not just the public, he is out for the rest of the game. Also any Stun roll for B&Cers is KO.
2. Yes, and if the throwed player had not made any action, he can do it after landing. You could even Pass/Hand off to the standing Right Stuff guy, move the TTM guy near this "airplane with cargo", fire at maximum power, and with luck he will run and score.

Yes you can, but the big guy would still effectively end his move next to the target, he’d just move 0 squares. So you’d still to declare he was going to throw team mate and need to test for wild animal, bonehead, always hungry etc.
Also the target model couldn’t do anything except land as he’s already had his action that turn.

NB you couldn't Pass to the RS guy. The TTM is your Pass action for the turn.

Just note that you should really try to get some bribes as inducements. They only cost half for gobbos, so you can keep your secret weapons on for more drives with any luck.
And if you get more inducements, hire the secret weapon starplayers as well - the only thing beating a Ball and Chain gobbo is two ball and chain gobbos :p
Just another question guys. When i throw said teamate at a square occupied by a player on the opposing team, does that player fall down and have to make an armour roll (provided the throw isnt fumbled) with my player scattering once? Or does my player still scatter three times first?
Assuming the troll doesn't try to eat the goblin, and you get the throw off, you roll for scatter 3 times (always treated as an inaccurate pass!), THEN if he lands on a player (doesn't matter which team), the targeted player is knocked down and you roll for armor. Then you scatter the goblin one more time, repeating as needed until he lands in an empty square. Because of the impact, he needs an armor roll as well. Note that ONLY the first player hit from the throw (assuming he bounces into one or more after the hit on his way to the open square) and the goblin take armor checks.

and.....
If the right stuff player had the ball ....
After he lands in and empty square roll his armor/injury
THEN scatter the ball
Turnover
If he was NOT holding the ball and failed to land (hit another player or failed his landing roll) it is NOT a turnover regardless of the Armor/injury result
[quote="lerchey"]You treat it as you would any other throw.

With this part in bold, do any subsequent players that the goblin lands on get knocked down, but dont take an armour roll? Or is there no effect on them and the goblin continues to scatter until he comes to an empty square?
