Can you throw a team mate and make a hail mary pass in the same team turn?

it would seem to be an automatic no, but as HMP doesn't follow any of the normal passing criteria I wondered about this. No-one locally is sure. So I have been asked to ask here.

any opinions?

I think that both TTM and HMP count as your Pass Action for the turn.
