What are people's views on the above? Is there a topic discussing these changes somewhere (couldn't find it).

They are not in any way “official” and I don’t think plasmoid ever claimed they were.

As far as I understand it these were changes he came up with for his own league (any maybe some PBEM ones too) to use to balance out the races a little more. These were along with some other changes in the rules as well.

I’m sure there were discussion on here or on FUMBBL about them, they got rather heated too.

The playtest tournament is midway through the 3rd round, and so far most of the tweaks are working out great.

Love the update and great work Plas. Sorry I could not be part of the testing but this has been a crazy summer for me.

I love most of the changes made.

My thoughts about stacking damage skills are well known, but it is funny how it is the most debated issue when forever many people said it was only a cbbakke issue. I look forward to seeing how your testing plays out
