Or are the only skills that are working (or can be used while being prone)
Disturbing Presence
Jump Up
Stunty/Thick Skull
and the Negative Skills like Bonehead/Realy Stupid/Wild Animal/Loner/Bloodlust etc.

P.23 of the CRP wrote:6. Only Extraordinary skills work when a player is Prone or Stunned.

Add a line to that that says "unless the skill specifies differently" i.e. Thick Skull.
