A Handfull of Questions from our TT League

Hey everyone, here's a couple of questions that have come up during our TT League and any insights into them would be appreciated. Thanks!
(1) Can a team reroll be used on the following rolls: (a) catching a kick-off, (b) making a dump-off pass during opponent's turn, (c) a wizard's roll.
-After combing through the rules a little bit more, I'm thinking that the answer would be "no" to all because these rolls all take place outside your turn and team rerolls have to be used during your own turn.
(2) Does the Catch skill work on receiving handoffs?
(3) Does the Catch skill work on catching bouncing balls?
(4) If a player has Strip Ball and pushes an opponent ball-carrier, is the ball stripped and bounced AFTER both the pushee and the pusher move forward (assuming no Stand Firm)?
-We were pretty sure the answer was that yes, the players involved in the block move and then the ball bounces free.
Thanks!

No to all is correct for the reason you mentioned.
(2) Does the Catch skill work on receiving handoffs?
Yes, a handoff is a Catch roll.
(3) Does the Catch skill work on catching bouncing balls?
Yes, a bouncing ball triggers a Catch roll. Note that Sure Hands does not work on this roll.
Catch also works on Interceptions btw.

Correct, ball is scattered after the push and follow up is resolved.

team re-rolls
you may not use a re-roll but you MAY use Catch or Pro skills during a kick off to catch a ball
You resolve the bounce/drop after:
the involved players are moved to the proper squares AND the necessary Armor/Injury rolls are made

Also I'm pretty certain that you can use team rerolls on a kickoff "Blitz" since it grants you a "turn"....

Here's one that came up last week in our local league:
Vampire declares the blitz, fails blood lust. Hits the ball carrier down, follows up next to a thrall. Armor roll KO's the ball carrier, so what comes next, the ball bounce or the bite? I ruled it was the ball bounce as it was still part of the block resolution, and funnily enough the thrall caught the bounce, only to lose it after the vamp munched on him. Does that sound right?

that is correct as the bite happens at the end of the vamps turn (but before a,b,c) the vamps turn (action) was not complete

very funny turn of events

So in the end, the failed bloodlust did cause a turnover

Funny turnover especially if the vamp gets the ball
