FAQs are usually treated as a good place to find out interpretation of the rules when one is in doubt.

Personally, I read them all the bloody time. We have rules lawyers all through our club.

As a pointer that the skills stack, Horkon Heartripper has both Stab and Multiple Block..

Yes. apparently you use them to decide how many steps you can take.

Note it only works on a block, not a blitz, so it is a limited a small amount.
