Bomb scatters out bounds

We had a little problem yesterday.

HMP Bomb in the wide zone - 2nd Scatter -> Bomb out of bounds.
Hm? Whats next?

3rd Scatter?
Throw-in?
Nothing cause bombs landing out of bounds are gone?
(i.e it's not "landed" its still in the air @ this time, isn't it?)

I did use the search functions for about half an hour now, nothing found, either i'm not a good searcher or there is no answer to this question).

We decided use to do nothing - bomb was gone.

This is correct i believe, once a bomb scatters off pitch it is lost.

It would be fun if the crowd threw it back tho'

Id say crowd throws back in......they maybe a group of beer fueled screaming lunatics , but they're not going to let a bomb go off in their midst. There's enough of them to get hands on it and hurl it back onto the pitch.

The fuse on those bombs is tricky enough to get working ON the pitch... those poor, poor, spectators

Could make a house rule that if it goes out that it gets thrown in for s$%ts and giggles

So "lands out of bounds" doesn't mean, hitting the ground out of bounds (3rd scatter) - it means if the ball / bombs - ever crosses the line it's lost / thrown-in?

we're no native speakers - sorry if it sounds stupid for you =)

If at any point it goes off the pitch (including scatter rolls) its "out of Bounds"
