Does the death roller has a tackle zone? I was told that he never dodge (ok), opponents don't need to dodge him but that he can give assists? Is that so?

Yes he has a tackle zone, the only special rule is that he doesn't have to make a dodge roll when moving.

Yes they do.
Think of it as trying to avoid all the moving parts and not get your clothing snagged on a spike or something.

A DeathRoller is a Star Player and CANNOT! be used in Blood Bowl League play per LRB So you can't use the DeathRoller.... Naaaaa

It really is a star player, see LRB 2.0 p. 55.
But remember that you have to make a penalty roll 7+ for it after every drive. So with a little luck your opponent can kick it out very easily, sometimes even before the game starts. See Handicap 16 "Under Scrutiny"-> no fouls and secret weapons allowed on the pitch for the whole game. Happend to me once against a dwarfen team
