Had an occurence of this in one of our league games last night.

Norse blocked the DE Runner causing a Dump Off which was caught by the other DE Runner who was already in a tackle zone. The Norse player then proceeded to throw a block against this second DE Runner.

The question is, does the DE Coach get to make a second Dump Off during the Norse players turn as this would contradict the pass rules which say "one pass action per turn"?

He's not making a pass action in his own turn. He's making dump-off's (from two separate players) during his opponents turn so I'd say yes.

Id say that the 2nd dump off was legal. He could in actually pass it back to the 1st runner, assuming he was still on his feet!

If you used pass block on the 1st dump off could you use it on the 2nd tho', Interesting thought....I think maybe not...

You may use Pass block any number of times in the same turn
(as well as dumpoff)

We ruled any number of uses in the end, was just wondering on an official ruling.

yes as the skill is not limited in the description (where as Dodge says it is limited to one use per turn).
