Say I have a rat ogre and he uses a blitz action on a player 5 squares away (so he moves 5 squares, and pays 1 square of movement for the blitz action). He pushes the player back one square and then follows up with his "free move". He now has 0 movement left, and makes his second block.
1) Does he have to roll go for it before he makes the second block (basically pay the movement for the follow up in advance)?
OR
2) Does he have to roll go for it after the second block in order to follow up (he makes the block and then has to follow up, as he has no movement left he has to roll a got for it in order to follow up)?
OR
3) He doesn't roll any go for it's as you get a free follow up after the second block?
I'm think the answer is number 2, but I'm not sure.
Thanks.

The Rat Ogre must roll the GFI before the second block, if he fails he falls over in the square he is standing in. If he succeeds he throws the block and must follow up if the defender is pushed back.
