"Injury rolls against this player are treated as if a stunned result was rolled"

My question now is, do I still get SSP for a rolled injury and just treat the player as if none were rolled?

My bold in the above quote. You didnt make any roll and didnt injure them so you cant earn CAS SPPs from that player. Beat up the rest of his team instead
