This time I wonder about secret weapons:

-You just say 'I got this figure with a chainsaw, so, now I have a free chainsaw in the team'?

-Players with secret weapons can earn SPP's and skills?

-I got the Hack figure for my new necromantic team (pics soon), how can I use him as a regular player? A zombie with a chainsaw? a ghoul? a wight?

-Same question for the other teams, wich player is allow to use the weapon?

Regular players may not buy secret weapons; the only ways you can use them are through rostered secret weapons (eg goblin looney, dwarf deathroller), through special play cards, or through the inducement of star players.

Rostered players gain SPPs, stars do not.

To check whick player types or stars have a chainsaw, take a look at the skills list of that player. If they do not say "Chainsaw" and "Secret Weapon" in their list of skills, the only way they can gain one is through a random special play card.

Yes, but not for Cas caused with chainsaws or bombs.

There were rules in previous editions of the game that allowed you to give certain secret weapons to some teams. I’m thinking it was 4th or gold edition, but kind of lost track back in those days.

You could house rule something similar in your league. Though 1 thing to be careful of is that without loner then some secret weapons end up really good.

So you’d either have to make them very expensive or ensure they start significantly worse than their star player equivalent. Compare the 4 goblin stars with weapons to the rostered goblins as an example.

Does the chainsaw and dirty player skill stack on a foul?
