Decay + Regeneration?

Ummm, have I been getting it wrong with Tomb Guardians? I stumbled on a note on Q&A from specialist Games Forum which stated to bug me:
Specialist Games QA:
Q: How many times may I use Regeneration?
A: Once for each casualty you suffer.
in Regeneration:
"If the player suffers a Casualty result on the Injury table, then roll a D6 for Regeneration after the roll on the Casualty table"
in Decay:
"When this player suffers a Casualty result on the Injury table, roll twice on the Casualty table and apply both results"
"A successful Regeneration roll will heal both results."
So when Tomb Guardian gets for example 68 and 14 on Cas table. If I'm reading by the letter the above seems to say that he should get 2 regeneration rolls (for each casualty), where if either one of those is successful, it will heal both injuries? I've have been rolling just once regeneration and applied that to both.
If so the Decay on TG would not be nearly so depressing as now is for Khemri coach.
I know the SpecGames QA is lot older than LRB6 so these may not be meant to be read together.
