Greetings,

If my player falls down while going for it on a blitz does he fall down the in square occupied by the player he is trying to hit?

That's why I asked. If you fail a go for it you fall down in the square you are going for. This situation came up in a game and we weren't sure.

A player that is taking a Blitz Action may 'go for it' in order to make a block. Roll a D6 for the player after declaring that he will make the block. On a roll of 1 the player is Knocked Down as described above. On any other roll the player makes the block without mishap. If the player is Knocked Down then his team suffers a turnover and the team's turn ends immediately.
Roll D6 after moving or roll D6 after declaring the block. It is one or the other, not both.

Page 9 of the LRB6 rulebook (I don't speak CRaP) requires the use of a point of movement to throw a block during a blitz....

While not explicitly stated afaik, the only place to fall is in your current square.... The only way (again afaik) to get a push result is with blocking dice....
