When your fan factor changes at the end of the game, for purposes of Team Rating do you count as buying the fan factor, or does it not effect team rating. Also, if you retire a player to be an assistant coach, do you take off that players cost for team rating and change it to the cost of an assistant coach, or just take off that players cost

yer fanfactor adjusts the teamrating as it goes up and down and the same with removing a player to a coach take off his cost and spp tr total and add the 1 for the coach
