When does the coin flip happen in sequence

I can't find anywhere in the rules (LRB6) where it states when the coin flip takes place
From the playing League Matches pg 28. I can't find any reference as to when it takes place anywhere else. The argument is that the choice to receive or kick might be affected by knowing the weather or inducements.
1. Pre-Match
1. Roll on Weather Table
2. Transfer Gold....
3. Take Inducements
2. The Match
1. Work out the number of Fans and FAME
2. Receiving teams turn

You're right, it doesn't say!
That said the Team Anthem special play card wouldn't work if the coin toss took place prior to inducements.

Always played after weather and fame. Master chef is less clear though i think.

OK the Team Anthem Card is the best argument for the Coin Flip taking place after inducements.

Etc...
Suggests to me the sequence is;
Roll weather,
Rolls fans/fame,
Roll/flip coin for kick off.
As for the Chef, it says to roll at the start of each half, which suggests to me it is after you have roll/flipped coin for kick off and set up. That is when the half starts.

This makes sense thematically too... You'd know what the weather was like and how many fans had showed up before the ref flipped the coin to decide the kick-off.
