Team have 180 TV and use 200K in petty cash

TV is now 200

But do you count spiralling expenses for TV 180 or 200

Of the top of my head, it's on page 27 of the CRP....(?)
It's under the post match sequence.
Basically, you recalculate TV under inducements in the pre-match sequence.
And under SE's you use the (recalculated) TV.
I think it explicitly says that 'TV has not yet been changed since the pre-match sequence' or something to that effect.

"3. Any gold left in Petty Cash is transferred back to treasury and then each coach must now pay for spiralling expenses (as described later) through gold in treasury. Note: at this point the team will not yet have updated the team value from the value calculated after step 2 of the Pre-Match sequence (page 28)"

So no addon to TV when counting spiralling expenses??

No, it means that the TV you calculated before the match is still active when spiral expenses go to effect.

To elaborate:
During the pre-game sequence you do Petty Cash, which increases your TV.
That increase is still in effect when you reach the SE step of the post game sequence.
Calculate post game TV is not done until after SE has been paid.
