My opponent wants to know if this works. Skills says BLOCK ACTION but he thinks a Blitz is a move followed by block action. Can he use it?

Note is says a "block", not a "block action".
So no, Multiple Block cannot be used on a Blitz.

Which skill would that be exactly?
Would make it easier to decide.
If it really is Multiple Block, then I go with Darkson: Can't use it on a Blitz Action.
