Handover to a no hands player.
With a handover action, can you hand over to a no hands player and then have it fail automatically?
I would say yes, as no hands skill does not say anything aginst it.

Well, yes, you can do it. But as you say the catch auto fails so why would you?

Get the ball to scatter over the sideline.

Wouldn't it be better to throw it to an empty sideline square? Same roll if accurate, 3 scatters if inaccurate, if thrower on sideline, again single bounce if drops ball.

Are you chancing for a favourable throw-in and scatter? Would a long bomb to a far off empty square not be better?Bakunin wrote:Get the ball to scatter over the sideline.

Re: Handover to a no hands player.
Last turn of the game.
You have a player in the opposing endzone.
You have used the pass action.
You have the ball but the nearest the player can move towards the endzone is 2 squares away.
Only 2 players left to move are the player with the ball and the no hands player.
The score is 1-1.
Only option would be to move the no hands next to the player in the endzone then hand off to him/her and hope for a favourable bounce.

Love it. Or if the no-hands player was next to a sideline, then you could get a crazy throw in (as intimated above). If anyone has done this then I want to know about it!harvestmouse wrote:Last turn of the game.

Sad that you can't hypnogaze your own players...

I've not done it to a no-hands or gazed player, but did to a Black Orc in 2 TZ in hope it would scatter to the goblin standing in the EZ.
Or course, I rolled a 6....
