Big Guys and Leader Rerolls

Are Big Guys allowed to use Leader rerolls? We were reading through the book and it said to treat Leader rerolls as Team rerolls in all respects except for the requirement of the Leader player being on the field. I'm guessing this means BGs CANNOT use them, but I want to be sure.

BG can use Leader.

I'd say that big guys can NOW use leaders. And that was a very bad call by the BBRC. It cancels out one of their negatives completely.

I'll agree that I don't like the call they made there. BG's are a tad too effective for my taste right now.
