(1) Can a player pass after picking up the ball?
(2) Can a player continue to move and then blitz (assuming you decalre the blitz at the start of the move).
(3) Can a player hand off after picking up the ball?
(4) Can you do more than one hand off per turn?

picking the ball up is not an action so you can do it as part of most actions if you wish
hand off is an action and is restricted to one per team turn like it says in the rulebook

If you want to do a 2nd hand-off in your turn, do a 0 square (or 1 square if that looks to beardy to you) pass. But you have still roll for passing the ball, though.

don't say that you will just confuse people calling it a second hand off
what you really want to say is if you want to give the ball to another player after you have used the hand off up already then you can just pass to them, assuming that player takes a pass action and not a blitz or foul or move action already

I think the clearest (

!) answer is that you can do whatever you declared as you began your action.
If you declared a pass action, then you can pass.
If you declared a blitz action, then you can blitz.
If you declared a handoff action, then you can handoff.
If you only declared a move action, then you cannot pass, blitz, or handoff.
Then the answer to the last question is that you can only declare one pass action, one blitz action, one foul action, and one handoff action in each team turn.
