Someone with the skill Dirty Player is fouling. Does he get +3 for the armor roll (+1 for himself; +2 for DP)?

It is correct, if I remember correctly. You may not stack skill or trait bonus to break armor, but the +1 for fouling isn't a skill bonus, so you can accumulate them.

Yep, that's correct and another +1 for every player assisting the foul.

You are correct, but you can also if you want to choose to use DP on the injury roll instead.
