Can you use team re-rolls for...

I've taken it for granted that you could use Team Re-Rolls for the following:

-Collapse check for Ball&Chain Fanatics
-Subsequent Cardiac Arrest check for Ball&Chain Fanatics
-Fuse check on Bombs
-Subsequent fuse checks for bombs if it is your turn
-Catching Bombs thrown back at your team during your turn

However, an opponent of mine recently claimed that these rolls made by the player taking the given action. For example, Goblin A throws a bomb at Human B. Human B catches the bomb and throws it at Goblin C. Goblin C fails to catch the bomb. Since it was Goblin A's action that caused this mess, Goblin C is not allowed to use team re-rolls.

I'm stuck seeing both sides of the argument.

I've currently ruled for my leagues that you can use Team Re-Rolls for these as these are not scatter, armour, or injury rolls and the event does take place during your Team Turn.

Any official answers to this?

LRB ver 2 page 15 reads:
Team re-rolls represent how well trained a team is. A
coach may use a team re-roll to re-roll a dice roll for
an action carried out by a player in their own team
during their own team turn.
This is one of the confusing uses of the word action in LRB.
Here it means a player trying to do something involving a dice that is not necessarily part of an action like a blitz- or pass-action.
Most common example is catching the ball. You almost never try to catch it with the player currently taking an action but you may still use a teamreroll.

So yes you may use a teamreroll to reroll those things.

I doubt it about the Ball & Chain part, but only because the PBEM tool in the Goblin League doesn't give you a reroll when exhausted or injured (most of the time dead!)

i believe you can reroll the collapse check for the fanatic but not the cardiac arrest.
not sure about the fuse checks but i would say that you could use a rerol or the catch skill to try and catch the bomb during your turn.
