Can players with secret weapons gain SPP and Skills? Can they perform actions outside of there secret weapons
(Block, Pass,Foul,Catch, Assist on Blocks,Pick up the Ball, ect .....)

Can you "Pass Block" during a thrown player pass?

Can the kicking team move into the square where the ball is going to land and catch it when it does
( after the 3 squares in the air has been rolled) land when the team rolls "Blitz" on the kick off chart.

Can the recieving team move into the square where the ball is going to land and catch it when it does
( after the 3 squares in the air has been rolled) land when a "Quick Snap" has been rolled on the kick off chart.

Should "Miss Ones" be taken off the team rating for the game thier out beings that the new handicap chart only
effects that game? If not should this be considered for the next rule review.

Not currently, as they're all Star Players.

Unless prohibited, yes. For example, a Goblin with a running Chainsaw may never handle the ball.

I think not, as just about every normal passing rule is discarded when throwing team-mates. But it's a House Rule issue either way.

Can the kicking team move into the square where the ball is going to land and catch it when it does (after the 3 squares in the air has been rolled) land when the team rolls "Blitz" on the kick off chart.

They certainly can! Note, however, that the ball does not scatter 3D8 on a kick-off. It scatters D6 squares in a random (D8...) direction.

Can the recieving team move into the square where the ball is going to land and catch it when it does (after the 3 squares in the air has been rolled) land when a "Quick Snap" has been rolled on the kick off chart.

Yes. Note the 3D8/D6+D8 point, however.

Should "Miss Ones" be taken off the team rating for the game thier out beings that the new handicap chart only effects that game?

I don't think it's worth the hassle, but if it's good for your league, go for it!

If not should this be considered for the next rule review.

Probably not. The Rules Review process is there to fix large holes in the game. I think a large number of coaches would believe this is a case of "ain't broke, ain't fixin' it."

As usual, if it needs fixing in your league, fix it! And if it works for you, that's just great. But I think this impacts all teams equally. And if you're ever in a handicap bind, find a similarly 'capped opponent! You have that kind of freedom in the rules.

Cheers!

Well there is that little part about the fact that the rules read such that fouling can now have negative assists, but I've heard that my leagues ruling that it is exactly like blocking (ie you can have negative assists) is incorrect and that the fouling modifier cannot go below zero (ie not negative) ...

Other than that its prefectly clear to me ...
