If a player with pro doesn't get to re-roll the current action (i.e. a 1-3 on the pro roll), is the coach allowed to use a team, leader or trophy re-roll? Or does it count as a re-rolled action (the try was made)?

If you roll for the pro skill then that result stands. You cannot use a RR to try and change for example the block result you used the pro skill for. You can however use a Reroll for the pro skill roll.

As Draco said, you can reroll the pro but not the dices you tried to reroll with pro.
