Sorry to bother you again, but a friend of mine had a nice question we couldn't answer.

Let's assume that a skaven Gutterrunner earned lots of SPP, he increase twice his movement (Lucky Rat). Due to the LRB 2.0 the Movement trait cannot be raised again.

What if the Gutterrunner rolls a "double" next time and take the "Very Long Legs" Physical Trait?

Will his movement be increased to 12 now, or must he stay a 11 movement?

OK this might possibly need a clarification but I can tell you how it is "Meant to be".

You can never increase/decrease a characteristic by more than 2 points over/under it's starting value. (in any way).

The minimum for all characteristics is 1, but there is no maximum.

Very Long Legs is supposed to increase your MA by 1 Point. So the box now shows 10 while the starting value was 9. there are those, who might argue that Very Long Legs is an ability you may choose to use, so it adds an extra square to your MA, but they are wrong.

However, note that you can still pick Very Long Legs for the +1 to Interceptions. Even more so, if the Gutter runner ever gets a -1 MA injury, his MA would stay at 11.

So in short, the Maximum MA you can USE is +2 over the starting value.

toby is right +ma +ma and VLL will only give you move 11 (9+2)

the only reason you would want to take vll after you got +ma +ma would be to get the +1 to intercept as well

Though some would rule that if the GR got a -1MV from injury/aging, he'd still be MV 11.
