Can you throw a block or a blitz when you get the Quick Snap result?

um it says you can move each player 1 square and then its your first turn
i can't see how anyone could make an arguement that you would be able to block/blitz as well

No, you can just move one square with all your players ignoring Tackle Zones (=you don't need to dodge).
If you want to throw Blocks or do a blitz you have to roll the "Blitz" result on the Kick off table.

No you can move all your players one square but not take any action with them.
