Do your leagues have any rules for lending money? How does it change the TR? Is it possible according to the rules?

Dont think there is any official rules but I am sure I have seen house rules bouncing around for money lenders and such forth.
You could make up some house rules for this, but IMO it should effect TR

ECBBL allows loans. But the loan counts against both teams TR until repaid (basically stops you manipulating your TR through loans).

Yeah you can house rule that you can loan eachother money.
The local league i am in do this, but here it affects TR normally.

Dont listen too asmodan, he is in the NBA, therefore he steals
But seriously, I think that the money should effect tr on both temas, ie, the team getting the money goes up, the team giving it away goes down. I think that is what Asmodan meant anyway.

IMO the guy lending the money to the other guy should keep the same TR as before. It is to good a way to get yout TR down for an important match. In my oldies league I do not accept it.

in our league when someone borrows money from another team they MUST pay back DOUBLE after the next game or on the game after that their opponent gets thrud against them for free. it affects TR for both teams though.

We don't lend money, apothecaries, place bounties or any of those extracurricular activities. I am not sure how much I would want to include those things in our leagues, as I think things could get ugly. Our leagues are bad enough that coaches who are "out of it" try to destroy the leading teams at every opportunity.
And yes, I am aware that part of all this is what BB is about.

We are considering allowing bounties, but as for lending I came up with this:
1. It is a matter of personal agreement between the coaches as far as the charges (or interest rates) for lending and the "credit repay schedule" go. Usually the charges are 10.000 GPs to the sum being borrowed, it usually being from 10.000 to 30.000, payable after the next match (or ASAP).
2. Since the loan is an asset for the lender, it counts into his TR (so it's not deducted), plus the TR is also increased by the value of the interest.
3. Since the loan effectively boosts the borrower's team performance in the same way as he would have had the money, it increases his TR as well, by the exact amount of money he obtained. This is NOT affected by the burden of interest as the interest has to be paid later, and the point of the TR indicator is to reflect actual team performance at any given moment.

Our league allows loans between teams - or rather its banned but the league commish turns a blind eye.
However we also have a loans company...

we do not allow loans, but have a (not very often used) transfer system and obviously a bounty or two

We don't allow loans, but if people really want to, they should go for it. Just don't come whining when someone doesn't repay his debt, because "officially" such a thing doesn't exist.

On a related note, I always thought the 3rd ed. Compendium rules for borrowing money from a loan shark (rather than another team) worked really nicely. From the "Desperate Measures" article.

That would probably be a better idea
