Or 6,5 for that matter : can you choose ANY skill, or any skill you are usually ALLOWED to choose ?

A skill from your normally allowed skill categories. So not any, but a 'normal' skill.

Yeah a skill like if you had rolled 1,2 or 2,3 or 1,3 etc.

the only exception being six six, since that is doubles and strength.
