Push Back vs Stand Firm

Okay, a player blocks another player and the result is a push back. The "pushed back player" also has players behind him. Normally it would mean one of the players (behind the pushed back player) would also be pushed back.
...but what happens, if the players behind the "pushed back dwarf" have stand firm? Are the players pushed back?

The Stand Firm guy won't budge, so the player being punshed in to him won't feel happy but he remains in his square as well! If more spots are available with players in them without Stand Firm, then the one pushing back the player can still choose to push him into the player with Stand Firm if he wants to!

draco forgot to mention this hasn't been clarified. But as always common sense prevails and draco shows he has enough of that

As it is used now stand firm only works if its the primary player being pushed has it, and not if the second or third (or more) has it.

And this is IMHO totally ridiculous. I see no difference in the fact if a player is be pushed by a blocker or by a pushed player. He just won't move!
But Grotemuis is right, let's wait and here what the BBRC has to say (if any and it is not skipped till next year!)

I totally agree with Draco, it shouldn't matter if the player is pushed back in first or second instance.
Although this matter isn't covered officially, this would be the way I would handle this as well ...

Agree. It's just silly, if the SF player doesn't move when he is blocked, but does if he's pushed back indirectly.
Hope the rule will be changed. Good to know what the official ruling is now, though.

Here comes the backup! This is my interpretation too - the only way to budge SF players is with secondary pushes.
I can see Draco's point, but the rules aren't clear.

Well, that's interesting, and finally one area in which sidestep is more useful than Stand Firm.

Both Frenzy and Strip Ball work against SF players. The player is still pushed. The fact he doesn't move is irrelevant.

I can see a fluff reason for the indirect push back....look at like this...SF means that the guy getting hit sets himself against the block and is impossible to shove around...on the fly, he can be knocked a yard or two over by a stumbling teamate before he gets a chance to stand his ground...
That being said, I don't give a whoop how it's played.

Thats new to me. Thought The move at the pushback was the important thing with strip ball. Could be that I'm wrong with that.
