thrown teammates: interception and movement

I start this thread because i could find any answer on this form ...
my question consists of 2 parts;

1. Can a thrown teammate be intercepted by the other team?
2. after a thrown teammate has landed, can he still move or block? (that he can't pass is clear; u already took a pass action with the player who has thrown the player)

1) No, nor can Pass Block be used (though another BG intercepting the little chap would be a fun house rule).

2) If the player hadn't moved before the TTM, then he can take his turn as normal. He can even take this turn if he failed his landing roll (ie become unstunned or Stand Up and move), as long as he didn't have the ball.

thx for info.

I was thinking of making intercepting a thrown player a houserule idd

how about:
" it is possible to intercept a thrown player. due to the higher energy needed to stop a player instead of a football *1*, the agility roll must be modified by -2. if the thrown player has block he can't be intercepted.
if the interceptor has catch, skill block or strong arm, +1 modifier is applied
if the interceptor has leap, he may re-roll his interception, but with standard -2 modifier. if interceptor has leap AND (block or strong arm or catch)
he must choose between one of the skills, so no skills can be combined.
a roll of 1 always fails, a 6 always wins.

*1* a player has a higher mass then the ball, more energy is needed to throw him, but when flying, he has more kinetic thnx to his mass.)

what would you think of this houserule?

I'd just leave it as the normal interception rules, but only BG's can do it. If they suceed, they get the ball (if the Stunty had it), and the Stunty is placed prone a random square in the BG's TZ, and makes an AV roll with MB.

If you really want interception rules for TTM, I'd go with Darksons. Your own rules (although fun) are not as easy, which I would prefer. But as goes for all house rules: if your league likes them it's ok.

If an always hungry player intercepts a stunty player, I think they should get a chance to eat them...
