Am I allowed to hire a freebooter over the maximum of a certain player type?

So if my team has two mummies, am I allowed to freeboot a third mummy?

AFAIK Only a Star Player Mummy(i,e, Ramtut), as Star Players of a race do not count towards your race limit.
