Hi,

Do you have to announce before rolling dices on which roll (armor or injury) your player is going to use his bonus from Mighty Blow or Dirty Player?

Or can you simply wait to see if the armor is broken before using DP/MB ?

You can wait. This is spelled out somewhere in the Rules Review. I don't remember exactly where, but you don't have to use a skill until seeing the dice roll unless otherwise stated in the skill description.
