I dont like guard for the treeman 'cause the low MA (2) i would prefer pro, tackle or even Multiple block before guard. With that MA he cant reach an elf to "guard him".

Actually Asperon, the best thing to give a treeman is obviously Dauntless.

Block, Pro, Tackle would be sensible, I think. Doubles would be Sure Feet, IMO.
