Double on AG5 DE-thrower..
What to give him? (he has no other skills so far)
Waste the double and go for surehands?
NOS?
could be good, then he doesn't need to dodge out of the scramble in which the ball is...
But AG5 already helps a lot in itself..
StrongArm?
3+ and 2+ later for LongBombs...
(jumpup? pro?)
Pro, could be used as a backup-surehands/dodge

Definitely strong arm. Get safe throw and accurate on normal rolls. Then you'll have a 2+ pass anywhere on the field with interceptions being very unlikely. NoS can also be really useful, since he can ignore those pesky passblockers and other peeps that come up and put TZs on him.
When I had an AG5, accurate thrower, I found that a lot of my oppos would get 2 or 3 TZs on my thrower, forcing me to dodge away (and potentially fall over) before I could get a good pass off, so NoS can be pretty handy.

Ok, thx, will take strong arm then.ianwilliams wrote:Strong Arm without a doubt. Accurate next and he's throwing long bombs on a 2+![]()
If you don't play that range effects fumbles - then you might want to think about Nerves of Steel instead.
But i won't be taking accurate next...i really like the certainty of surehands. And perhaps Safethrow after that...
who needs 2+ longbombs...

The 2+ long bomb is not the only effect of accurate and strong arm.
The other effect is that the risc of a fumbbl stays constant for all distances at 1/6.
Without skills a long bomb is -2, so a fumbbl occurs on 1-3, so 50%.
Only with accurate (+1) and strong arm (long bomb changes to long pass, so only +1) you can go down to +0 and with that the risc of a fumbbl to 1/6.
OK, after i said that i would nevertheless do the same as you, because i don´t often throw long bombs. Sure hands and safe throw are better and with AG 5 pass block would be very cool, not speaking of leap.
