Can Khemri win a long league?

I think thats because the quick runnerteams are 2 good Dodgers and the Khemri are not able to avoid enough TD´s, ok they are making a lot of Casulties, but thats not enough to win enough games.

Your are alloew to hire Ramtut? For one game or for the whole tounament? I´m conservative and would buy a reroll.
The reroll helps also in new league.
