semifinal, we against amazons. i MUST win

Well, in my league my we team has been able to reach semifinals even if there were lots of teams with 2 leagues on the shoulder. my team was new, and now is quite good after 12 matches (5w, 5t, 2d), but must play with a very expert team of amazons, with a tr of 230. my team is more or less 178.
my team is:
1 thrower (pass, block, sure hands, accurate)
2 catchers (1 with pass block, 1 with dauntless, block and sure feet)
2 wardancers (1 with stripball, 1 new)
1 tree (block, dodge)
2 dirtyplayers
1 lineman with blodge
1 with block
1 with guard
1 with leader
1 with kick
1 with passblock and ag 5
2 rr, ff 7, apo
what's your advice to beat the amazons?

No tackle is going to make life difficult.

Most of his players have probably got Block & Dodge - and he'll probably have a few guards too, making cage breaking difficult.

Probably your best chance is to try to play a normal game. Kick deep, get the War Dancers and Pass Blocker in a good position to pressure the ball carrier and then hope something goes wrong. You only need to turn him over once.

Try to use the tree to tie up as many of his players as possible and really go for those 3 dice blocks where possible.

I agree with Ian. Also speed your ability to score are your biggest advantages. If your opponent goes for fast TDs let him. Chances are that he will make a mistake. Kick the ball deep indeed and run a passblocking screen between his lines. Put as many tackle zones on the guys in the middle and hope for lone thrower in the back whose only option is to hold or pass the ball. If there are two of them in the back field, you have a target for the blitz. Make sure the thrower cannot make a handoff to another player. Playing this tactic you can take a chance and ignore his receivers. If he does make the pass he migth even go for the quick TD.

I also think that you need more tackle not only for this opponent

in my league wasn't so clever to take tackle, because there is only an amazon team and mountains of bashy teams. there is a pro elves team, but with only one player with dodge (!). so tackle wasn't useful a lot... but against amazons, yes, it would be exceptional!
