He's right you know, if all 6 Dwarves, both bulls and the Ogre/Minotaur are developed much, it's not linefodder you are short on. On a full team with that hob on, you are fielding only 2 ball handlers, and that is really...

I go to some trouble not to get hit with him by not leaving him in contact and not leaving him with the ball, strongarm would help more there.

Sit a dwarf. Play S4 Hob. They have the same cruddy ag. If he dies, he dies - but he'll probably live long enough to get block, especially with a little care. If not, he's a good distraction.

+ ST - AG = position player. Let him do his job.
